Sacred Heart is launching a programme of free evening wellbeing talks, starting on 9 June. The talks are open to everyone and include refreshments beforehand. Every year, St Philomena’s Catholic High School for Girls hosts an Open Event for prospective Year 7 entrants and their parents. I would like to ask if you would please advertise our Open Evening in your weekly parish newsletter and also in your notices at the end of Mass. We kindly ask all parishioners NOT to double park in the church grounds, even for a short time. Double parking can block access for others (as it did the last two Sundays) and create difficulties for emergency access if ever needed. Many members of our congregation, including families, elderly visitors, and those with mobility needs, rely on clear and safe access at all times. If the car park is busy, please use nearby alternative parking where appropriate. Thank you for helping us keep our church welcoming, safe, and considerate for everyone.
