I hope this message finds you well.
I want to bring your attention to the recent message from Archbishop John, in which he urges all parish priests to adopt a missionary heart and focus on the growth and advancement of our parish and community. He emphasises the importance of putting mission at the forefront of everything we do and keeping evangelisation, catechesis and formation as key priorities within our communities.
This vision for the diocese makes sense and we need to give it our full support.
In light of this call, there is a pressing need for us to engage and contribute to the realisation of these goals.
We are encouraged to develop a comprehensive Parish Plan for the upcoming year with a particular focus on Evangelisation, Catechesis and Formation.
It is our aim to finalise this plan ideally before the start of Advent.
To achieve this, we ask for your help and support.
The PARISH LEAD, OUR DEANERY MENTOR and Our Parish CATECHIST Team will guide us in this process. One and ALL bring something special to the table.
Let us come together, united in purpose and guided by our missionary spirit, to create a Parish Pastoral Plan-that reflects our dedication to evangelisation and formation. With your involvement and commitment we can move forward and embrace new ways of fulfilling our mission.
