For Those Who Live Alone
Almighty God, whose Son has nowhere to lay His head: Grant that those who live alone may not be lonely in their solitude, but that, following in His steps, they might find fulfilment in loving You and their neighbour.

In the Morning
This is another day, O Lord, I know not what it will bring forth, but make me ready Lord for whatever it might be. If I am to stand up, help me to stand bravely. If I am to sit still, help me to sit quietly. If I am to lie low, help me to do it patiently. And, if I am to do nothing, help me to do it gallantly. Make this day, I cry out to you, one that is forever blessed.

O Jesus, I pray for your faithful and fervent priests, for your unfaithful and tepid priests, for priests labouring at home or abroad in distant mission fields, for your tempted priests, for your lonely and desolate priests, for your young priests, for your dying priests, for the souls of priests in purgatory. But above all, I recommend to You the priests dearest to me, the priest who baptised me, the priests who absolved me from my sins, the priests at whose Masses I assisted at and who gave me Your Body and Blood in Holy Communion, the priests who taught and instructed me; all the priests to whom I am indebted in any other way (especially....).
O Jesus, keep them all close to Your heart and bless them abundantly in time and eternity. Amen.
