Our Lady, Comforter of the Afflicted, pray for us Our Lady, Help of Christians, pray for us Our Lady, Health of the Sick, pray for us Our Lady Seat of Wisdom, pray for us Our Lady Queen of Heaven and Earth, pray for us This will take place at our Sunday Masses online and during our 5.15p.m. Holy Hour and Adoration on Sunday evening.
We continue to keep in prayer PATRICK JOYCE who has been called to Eternal Life. We keep in prayer his wife Bridget, his children, his siblings and friends of the Joyce family.
Prayers are also requested for the soul of ANTONIO PERETTI. We hold him, his wife Maria and children Rita, Anna and Roberta, family and friends, in our prayers. May he Rest in Peace. We also pray for the repose of the souls of ELLIE DRUDY and MARGARET McCARTHY and for all those who mourn them – may they rest in peace. Our Loving God has also called to Eternal Life the soul of TERESA BEARNE. She goes with the love and support of our parish family. Her dedication to her nursing and reaching out to the sick at St. Helier’s Hospital is well remembered. Her active ministry in the parish for many years is held in high esteem. Teresa was an excellent Reader at Holy Mass and a Eucharistic Minister. We thank God for her ministry and witness in our midst. We offer our blessing to her family and friends and especially those who cared for her at the Nursing Home in Purley. May Teresa Rest In Peace and Rise in Glory. We also remember in prayer all those whose anniversaries occur at this time. In a private ceremony this Monday, Archbishop Peter will be laid to rest in our Cathedral – we keep him in our prayers; may he Rest in Peace and Rise in Glory.
