Parents who wish to apply for a Reception class place for their child at St. Teresa’s Primary School for September 2020, are reminded that the closing date for applications is 15th January 2020. There are two parts to the application process as follows:
(1) Parents need to apply on-line to the council to whom they pay their Council Tax and ensure that they receive a reference number on submission.
(2) Parents need to complete a Supplementary Information Form, which also needs to be signed and stamped by their Parish Priest/authorised person, to confirm their child’s Baptism and Mass attendance. This form must then be returned to the school by 15th January 2020.
