RCIA is the process through which adults are introduced to the Catholic faith and prepared to receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist. It is open to anyone who is:
• Unbaptised and seeking to become Catholic
• Baptised in another Christian tradition and interested in becoming Catholic
• Baptised Catholic but never received First Communion or Confirmation
• Those without any faith background, but who may be interested in learning more about the Catholic faith
If you or someone you know is feeling called to explore the Catholic faith, we invite you to join us on this journey of prayer, learning, and spiritual growth.
Please see the parish website for a registration form or pick one up from the information desk at the back of the church to register for the upcoming programme. The RCIA co-ordinator and the Team of RCIA catechists are available at the back of the Church to address any questions you may have about the RCIA. You can also approach a member of the clergy or direct your query to the Parish Office.
RCIA is much more than a programme. It is a learning and loving process in which conversion of the heart, brings one to Jesus Christ. The RCIA team - Marion Akuamoah, Co-ordinator and Freda McKeon Lead Catechist - invites you to ‘Come and See’!
