We are excited to announce that on Saturday 21st October at 12:30pm, we will be hosting a special day of Renewal focused on Formation, Ministry and Spirituality. This event is specifically for all our Parish Readers and we want to express our gratitude for your continuous support and dedication to your ministry in our parish.
As you know, the proclamation of The Word of God is a powerful ministry within the Church, and as a Readers/Lectors, you bring the Living Word of God to the liturgical assembly. It is through you that God Speaks to the gathered faithful at Holy Mass. We deeply appreciate the important role you play-in our Worship at all of our services.
Furthermore, we would like to extend to you the honour and privilege of being Commissioned as Readers during this special event. This Commissioning will serve as recognition of your commitment and will further empower you in your parish ministry.
We kindly request that you prioritise this important day and mark it in your calendars. We look forward to coming together as a community to deepen our understanding of the Word Of God and to cultivate a spirit of renewal and formation.
