- Please wear face masks, unless exempt, as they can reduce the fall of viral droplets in one’s breath onto others nearby. The government still expects that face covers are worn in enclosed spaces.
- Continue to sanitise your hands upon entering the church, for your protection and to reduce passing infection through touch.
- Bidding prayers will return next week to be led by a Reader.
- Do not come to church if you are at all unwell. Positive cases indentified by NHS Test and Trace will still be legally required to shelf-isolate. Live steaming will still be available online: go to Live Mass on our website.
The position of Communion in the Liturgy will revert to normal, starting with Mass next weekend. This means that bench by bench Communion will continue to be under one kind onto the hand only and will still need to follow an orderly spaced pattern, assisted by Stewards.
For those who wish to remain in their seats Communion will be brought to you, please remain standing in your pew.
We hope to resume in the near future singing of hymns. In the meantime we thank our choirs and musicians for the instrumental music they are providing.
Holy water stoops cannot as yet be refilled. Sunday Collections will resume next weekend, our thanks to the Parish Team for making this happen.
Remember, it is still currently permitted to attend on a weekday as if for Sunday. If you are happy to go to other Masses, please consider this possibility.
