At our 11am Sunday Mass today we welcome our new parish deacon – CON DIVER, his wife Carmel, family and friends.
We witnessed Archbishop John perform Con’s Ordination on Friday evening. It was a wonderful ceremony and the Archbishop spoke well about the role of a Deacon. A word of thanks to the whole parish for supporting Con on his journey of study and prayer. He is truly grateful for all the encouragement, please continue to pray for him. He has much to do in the Lord’s Service. May God guide Con in the days ahead, speaking His word and helping him to listen. May his faith deepen, his health be strong in the mission ahead.
